- Mentally and Physically Disabled Person – Medicaid Program
- Elderly Disabled Person – Medicaid Program
- Private Pay – Welcomed. Payment in advance of services ordered.
- Community Living Program – Group Home Living for the Mentally Challenged
- Independent Care Waiver Program – Spinal Cord Injury Program and Sheppard Care
- Skilled Nursing Services
- Community Access Group & Community Individual Program – – 21 years of age and up with a mental or physical disability
- Certified Nursing Assistance Training $565.00 twice per year.
- HIV/ AIDS Case Management Services – Medicaid and Private Pay
- Medicaid, Medicare, and Private Pay as payment sources
- Atlanta Food Bank Services – Food Bank for the Community (monthly)
- Hospice Program (only upon special request)
